Gazette No. 74 — Open Memorandum Transmission Record

Be it known and placed on record: That the Secretariat of the Mohawk Nation of Grand River hereby enters in the Register the transmission record of the Open Memorandum (SG0701-260611-T00001), issued on 11 June 2026. The Open Memorandum constitutes the Nation's comprehensive public statement of the constitutional programme, the demands for Crown performance, and the consequences of continued non-performance. I. The Open Memorandum The Open Memorandum (SG0701-260611-T00001) addresses seven demands to the Crown: (1) acknowledgment of the Haldimand Proclamation as a live constitutional instrument; (2) response to the administrative gap identified by Director Petoran; (3) answer to the five constitutional questions posed in the AG Demand (G66); (4) engagement with the Secretariat specifically; (5) cessation of the conflation of the Secretariat's interests with the Six Nations litigation; (6) compliance with the honour of the Crown in all constitutional dealings with the Secretariat; and (7) response to the outstanding Offer of Peace (G72) and Ceremonial Invitation to the Pipe (G73). II. The G72 and G73 Non-Response Record Gazette No. 72 (GZT001-260528-000072) and Gazette No. 73 (GZT001-260528-000073) were transmitted to the Crown and served on the Attorneys General on 28 May 2026. Both instruments carried 14-day response windows. Both windows expired on 11 June 2026 without Crown response. The non-response to both instruments is incorporated into the Open Memorandum and into this transmission record as further evidence that the Crown has been offered peace on both the legal track and the diplomatic track and has not performed on either. III. Publication The Open Memorandum is published in the Two Row Times — the publication of record for the Mohawk Nation of Grand River Secretariat — concurrently with this Gazette entry. It constitutes the Nation's public record of the constitutional programme in plain language accessible to the community and the general public.
