Gazette No. 55 — First Issued Certificate of Determination of Location and Jurisdiction

Be it known and placed on record: That the first Certificate of Determination of Location and Jurisdiction (CDLJ001) issued under the Land Registry system (G22) is hereby registered in the Gazette, recording the first formal application of the six-mile boundary test to a specific parcel within the Mohawk Acquired Territory.

The CDLJ001 is the founding instrument of the parcel-level documentation system that will be fully deployed under the Post-Mandamus Programme Directive (G71, Program 1 — Parcel Automation). This first certificate establishes the precedent, format, and authority of the Location Determination Certificate series.
