Be it known and placed on record: That the Kanyen’kehaka Land Registry System, being the predecessor institutional land registry framework operated prior to the formal establishment of the Register of the Nation on 28 March 2026, is hereby retrospectively entered in the Register of the Nation under Rule 11.
The Kanyen’kehaka Land Registry System documented the seven Notices of Interest filed between 2017 and 2022 with the Director of Titles, ServiceOntario. Those Notices, and the administrative non-responses to them, are now part of the institutional record of the Secretariat and are entered as elements of the ECR (G30) and as background to the Application for Writ of Mandamus (G63).
The records of the Kanyen’kehaka Land Registry System have been transferred to and incorporated in the Land Registry established by Gazette No. 22.
