Be it known and placed on record: That the Membership and Lineage Registry of the Mohawk Nation of Grand River Secretariat is hereby established under the MNG-2026 code series, to record the formal membership of persons determined to be members of the Haldimand Beneficiary Class.
A person enters the Membership and Lineage Registry upon a formal determination of citizenship under the Citizenship Determination Rules (G19), certified by the Registrar General and concurred in by the Attorney General. The Registry entry records: name; lineage; basis of determination; date of determination; and any conditions.
The Membership and Lineage Registry is a Public visibility class instrument. Registry entries are public. The Secretariat recognizes the right of any person to inquire whether a named individual is entered in the Registry.
