Gazette No. 14 — Attestation: Director of Crown Relations

Be it known and placed on record: That the Director of Crown Relations of the Mohawk Nation of Grand River Secretariat is hereby attested as holding authority over all correspondence and diplomatic engagement with Crown institutions in right of Canada and Ontario. The Director of Crown Relations manages the External Correspondence Record (G30), coordinates the responses to Crown instruments, and maintains the diplomatic record of the Secretariat.

The Director of Crown Relations is specifically responsible for ensuring that all Crown communications are entered in the ECR (G30), that all non-responses are documented, and that the Crown knowledge chain (1821–2026, 14 instances) remains current and accurate.
