Gazette No. 13 — Attestation: Director of Lands and Territory

Be it known and placed on record: That the Director of Lands and Territory of the Mohawk Nation of Grand River Secretariat is hereby attested as holding authority over the Land Registry (G22), the Notice of Interest Register, Location Determination Certificates (LDC001), and all matters relating to parcels within the Mohawk Acquired Territory. The Director of Lands and Territory works under the authority of the Surveyor General in all boundary determinations and under the authority of the Secretary-General in all policy matters.

In the absence of a formally appointed Director, the Secretary-General exercises the authority of this office directly, as confirmed by the Acting Authority provision of the Order of Offices (G2).
