Be it known and placed on record: That the Director of Communications of the Mohawk Nation of Grand River Secretariat is hereby attested as holding authority over the publication record of the Secretariat, including the relationship with the Two Row Times as the publication of record, the publication of Gazette instruments, and the management of all public communications on behalf of the Secretariat.
The Secretary-General, Benjamin Doolittle UE, serves as Editor and Columnist of the Two Row Times (Ohsweken, Grand River Territory). This dual role means that the Secretary-General is both the institutional head of the Secretariat and its primary public voice. The Director of Communications, when separately appointed, will manage these functions under the Secretary-General’s direction.
