Gazette No. 16 — Notice of Vacant Offices

Be it known and placed on record: That the following offices of the Mohawk Nation of Grand River Secretariat are established but currently without appointed holders, and that the Secretary-General is authorized to act in the capacity of each vacant office until a formal appointment is made.

• Surveyor General
• Treasurer General
• Inspector General
• Director of Lands and Territory
• Director of Crown Relations
• Director of Communications
• Director of Justice Services
• Director of Environmental Affairs

All actions taken by the Secretary-General in the capacity of any vacant office are taken under the Acting Authority provision of the Order of Offices (G2) and are valid and binding on the Secretariat. A notice of each appointment will be registered in the Gazette as offices are filled.
