Be it known and placed on record: That the Order of Offices of the Mohawk Nation of Grand River Secretariat is hereby established, defining the institutional hierarchy, authority, and succession of offices within the Secretariat.

I. The Order of Offices

  1. Secretary-General — the head of the Secretariat and the institutional representative of the Mohawk Nation of Grand River in all constitutional, legal, and diplomatic proceedings. Benjamin Doolittle UE.
  2. Registrar General — responsible for the Register of the Nation. Jesse Butler UE.
  3. Attorney General — responsible for legal instruments, demands, and enforcement. Patrick Doolittle UE.
  4. Surveyor General — responsible for land surveys, boundary determinations, and Location Determination Certificates (LDC001). Office established; appointment pending.
  5. Treasurer General — responsible for the National Treasury Account and all financial instruments. Office established; appointment pending.
  6. Inspector General — responsible for audit, inspection, and compliance. Office established; appointment pending.

II. Branch Directors

  1. Director of Lands and Territory
  2. Director of Crown Relations
  3. Director of Communications
  4. Director of Justice Services
  5. Director of Environmental Affairs

III. Acting Authority

Where an office is vacant, the Secretary-General may act in the capacity of the vacant office or may designate an acting officer. All actions taken under acting authority are valid and binding on the Secretariat.
