Be it known and placed on record: That the Attorney General of the Mohawk Nation of Grand River Secretariat hereby attests to his appointment and his authority over legal instruments, demands, and enforcement matters.
I. Identity and Appointment
Patrick Doolittle UE, Attorney General. Appointed by the Secretary-General. Authorized to issue Demands of the Attorney General, legal notices, enforcement instruments, and all instruments bearing the AG series code. Relationship to the Secretary-General: attested in the Register, Gazette No. 4, REG001-050300-000005.
II. Authority of the Attorney General
The Attorney General is the enforcement officer of the Secretariat. The Demand of the Attorney General (Gazette No. 66) was issued under the authority of this office. All Quo Warranto demands under the Post-Mandamus Program Directive (G71, Program 2) will be issued under the authority of this office. The Attorney General may issue instruments under the AG series code without the concurrent signature of the Secretary-General in matters of legal enforcement, subject to the Secretary-General’s right of review.
