Gazette No. 31 — Notice of External Correspondence Record

Be it known and placed on record: That the External Correspondence Record is formally established as a sub-series of the Register of the Nation under the ECR prefix. All correspondence of the Secretariat with external parties from December 2019 onward is assigned an ECR tracking number and entered in the Register. The establishment of this series is notice to all external correspondents that their communications with the Secretariat are entered in the institutional record and may be relied upon in constitutional proceedings.
