Be it known and placed on record: That the Haldimand Lands Trust Account of the Mohawk Nation of Grand River Secretariat is hereby established as the trust account for the benefit of the Haldimand Beneficiary Class, to receive ground rent, restitution payments, and unjust enrichment recoveries arising from the Schedule of Unjust Enrichment (G61, approximately $2.96 trillion CAD across eight layers).
The Haldimand Lands Trust Account is a restricted trust instrument. Disbursements from the Account require the concurrence of the Treasurer General, the Attorney General, and the Secretary-General. The Account may not be accessed for general operating expenses of the Secretariat; its funds are held in trust for the Haldimand Beneficiary Class.
The Haldimand Lands Trust Account is the institutional receptacle for all restitution and ground rent claims under the Post-Mandamus Program Directive (G71). Upon activation of Program 4 (Restitutio in Integrum), all restitution recoveries will be deposited to this Account.
