Gazette No. 11 — Attestation: Treasurer General

Be it known and placed on record: That the Treasurer General of the Mohawk Nation of Grand River Secretariat is hereby attested as holding the authority to govern all financial instruments of the Secretariat, to maintain the National Treasury Account, and to certify all financial records entered in the Register. The Treasurer General’s concurrence is required for all disbursements and for all financial instruments issued under the authority of the Secretariat. Office established; appointment to be confirmed by subsequent attestation instrument.

All financial actions taken under this Gazette, prior to formal appointment, are the responsibility of the Secretary-General acting in the capacity of Treasurer General under the Acting Authority provision of G2.
