Gazette No. 68 — Secretariat Template Registry

Be it known and placed on record: That the Secretariat of the Mohawk Nation of Grand River hereby enters in the Register the Secretariat Template Registry, being the formal record of all thirty-six template families constituting the complete institutional instrument suite of the Secretariat. This Registry governs the form, numbering, and authentication of all Secretariat instruments. I. The Five Folders (i)

Constitutional and Foundational Instruments — Declarations, Proclamations, Charters, Covenants, Treaties, and Founding Instruments (Type Codes 01–09). (ii)

Registry and Administrative Instruments — Register Entries, Gazette Instruments, Certificates, Determinations, and Administrative Records (Type Codes 10–19). (iii)

Correspondence and External Instruments — Letters, Demands, Notices, Submissions, and Correspondence Records (Type Codes 20–29). (iv)

Legal and Jurisdictional Instruments — Motions, Submissions, Objections, Applications, and Legal Records (Type Codes 30–39). (v)

Secretariat Action Types — Administrative enforcement, seizure, release, compliance, and adverse action instruments (Type Codes 40–49). II. The Three-Block Record Code Format Every instrument of the Secretariat carries a Tracking Code in the Three-Block Record Code Format: [OFFICE][SYS][TYPE]-[SS][MM][DD]-[NNNNNN]. The format encodes the issuing office, system family, instrument type, status, date, and sequence number in a single code. Every official act must be expressible in this format. No instrument is valid without a tracking code. III. The Six Visibility Classes (i)

Public — available without restriction. (ii)

Internal — available to Secretariat officers and staff only. (iii)

Restricted — available only to named authorized parties. (iv)

Sealed — not to be disclosed without a court order. (v)

Archived — historical record, accessible on application. (vi)

Reserved — assigned but not yet published.
